Consultation Fees
Consultations are payable in advance and cost £60 for a 50 minute session. In addtion, 90 minute sessions are also available and these are £90. You have the choice to block and pay for a number of sessions in advance or if you prefer you can pay for sessions one at a time. As long as payment is received at the time of booking your next appointment we can be flexible. Once your stop smoking hypnotherapy appointment has been agreed we will send you an email with a link to Paypal and details of how to make payment. Finally, payments are due at the time of booking, we cannot confirm your appointment until payment is received.
Consultation and Session Work
Consultations are by appointment only.
First of all I will ask you a number of factual questions about your smoking history such as how long you have smoked, how many and so on. Next we will explore together your beliefs about smoking and why you feel that quitting smoking is important to you right now. During the session you will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the different types of therapy and together we will agree an approach that suits you best. Should you choose to continue, treatment will normally start at the next session.
Because face to face sessions with me are tailored to your needs, I am able to give you the support you require to help you break the habit for good. As a result you can be assured you are working with an experienced qualified professional.

Appointment Times
I offer daytime and evening appointments from Monday to Friday. Stop smoking hypnotherapy appointment times start from 09.00 am until 8.00 pm. In addition cccassionally Saturday morning appointments are available.

Car - The Willows is just 5 minutes drive from Junction 28 on the M25. As you exit the motorway you come on to the A12 towards London, turn left at the 3rd set of traffic lights into Gubbins Lane. This is signposted to Harold Wood. The Drive is about half mile on the right hand side, before Harold Wood Station. The Centre is on the right as you turn into The Drive. There is space at the front to park.
Rail - The Willows is only 3 minutes walking distance from Harold Wood station. Trains run regularly from Liverpool Street and Shenfield, with intermediary stops at Ilford, Seven Kings, Goodmayes, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Gidea Park and Brentwood.
Bus - Several buses stop nearby. These include the 256, 294, 347, 496, 498, 646 and 656. These routes cover Harold Hill, Upminster, Cranham, Hornchurch, Romford, Gidea Park, Collier Row and Brentwood.
